Benefits of studying in Hungary
30 Hours/week work permit
Students can work 30 hours per week while studying and fulltime during semester breaks
1 Year Job Search Visa
Students have the opportunity to receive a one year job search visa after the completion of their studies
PR after 3 years
After completing their studies students have to work in Hungary for 3 more years to be eligible to apply for the Hungarian permanent residence
Hungarian Citizenship
Once students get the PR,they can apply for the Hungarian citizenship after 5 years.

Required Documents
Essential Documents Checklist
Passport
Submit all original passports (including old ones)
Submit one sided color photocopies of every page of each passport
All Educational Documents
Includes SSC, HSC, or O/A Levels, Diploma, or Madrasa certificates and transcripts — depending on your education background.
Must be legalized:
English medium: British Council → Foreign Ministry
Bangla medium: Education Board → Education Ministry → Foreign Ministry)
University Acceptance Letter
Motivation Letter
Explain why you chose Hungary and your subject.
Must end with your full name and signature.
CV (Curriculum Vitae)
Can be any format, but European format (Europass) is recommended.
Birth Certificate
First-class gazetted officer
Law Ministry
Foreign Ministry
Family Certificate
Issued by your Ward Councillor.
Lists family members (father, mother, siblings) with NID or birth certificate numbers.
Also needs to be legalized like the birth certificate.
Police Clearance Certificate
Apply online (via a government website).
Comes already legally verified, so no extra legalization needed.
European-Size Photographs
White background passport-size photos.
Submit at least 2 copies, but take extra in case of damage.
Strictly must be white, not off-white or grayish.
Accommodation Proof
If your university mentions dorm in your offer letter, that’s enough.
If not, and you need to rent, you'll need : Rental agreement
Flat renting is complicated — ideally avoid it for first year.

Flight Booking
Only a booking, not a full purchased ticket.
Can be arranged through any travel agency (not education consultancy).
Travel Insurance
Covers travel-related medical emergencies.
Available from many Bangladeshi insurance companies.
Health Insurance
Covers health issues in Hungary.
Available from same company as travel insurance.
Sponsorship Declaration
(Financial Support Letter)
Written and notarized by your father or mother (no other relatives recommended).
Must include:
Their NID number
Statement that they will financially support your study in Hungary
Amount shown in the bank statement
Done on legal stamped paper
Can be done from Mohammadpur Townhall Market.
Last 6 Months’ Bank Statement
Count 6 months back from your interview date. For fee-paying students: Show 20–30 lakh BDT balance. For scholarship holders: Bank statement is not important.You need to submit it but a statement for even one day with 1 lac bdt is enough because — the scholarship letter replaces this requirement.
Proof of Sponsor's Income
If employed: Salary slip, tax certificate, etc.
If business owner: Trade license, tax documents, etc.
The more proof, the better.
Visa Application Forms (2 Forms)
Must be filled out and submitted.

Note: Submit original documents and one set of coloured photocopy of all the documents.Even CV,Motivation letter are needed to be submit twice(one with real set,another with copy set)
Important: Do not staple your photocopied documents which have multiple pages.Use paper clips
Tips for Success
- Do not submit fraudulant documents: Submit real documents
- Check Spelling Mistakes: Most Bangladeshis have spelling mistakes in their names in different documents.Fix them before submitting your visa application.Specially your and your sponsor's names must be same in all documents
- Submit a strong bank statement: 6 months with 20-30 lacs bdt
- Submit strong income proof: The more proof of income you submit,the better it is
- Be confident in interview: Make sure the visa officer understands that you are an authentic student
